Japheth is an ardent fitness guru with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Having served as a Health Club Manager at international organizations such as the Serena Hotels and the United Nations, he has channeled his passion, experience and love for fitness to create Wellness Solutions.
Auma is a trained fitness and wellness instructor with a degree in Sports and Exercise. She combines her understanding of human anatomy, physiology, psychology and nutrition to customize wellness programs for individuals and organizations committed to healthy living.
Zahra Juma is a Counselling Psychologist who works with individuals and groups to make life worth living. After spending seven years working as a fitness trainer, Zahra understands the challenges that clients battle with when trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Making the right food choices and helping clients remain consistent with their exercise program aren’t the only challenges she deals with. She also works to help people deal with everyday life’s stressors by equipping them with tools that make dealing with situations much more bearable.
Zahra holds a B.A in Counselling Psychology from the University of Nairobi.
Shaq is an energetic result oriented group and personal trainer with background and experience in yoga,pilates, boxing strength and conditioning. He’s passionate in helping people keep fit stay healthy and strong.
He’s been in the fitness industry for seven years during which, he worked in different fitness centers in Kenya and Capetown South Africa. In Cape Town he participated in professional boxing. As a trainer he lead individualised workout programs keeping in mind clients safety, goals, preferences and variations. He guides his clients in goal setting and offer nutritional advice as well.
